Volume and structure placed for harmony — lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, never overfilled.
Dermal filler is a gel — usually hyaluronic acid — injected along the facial planes to replace volume that has been lost and to support structure that has softened. We place it high and conservatively, treating proportion before plumpness, and build results across visits rather than in one sitting.
A face does not age by deflating evenly. It loses support in specific places — the lateral cheek, the temple, the chin — and everything below follows. Filler works when it restores that support, which is why our first syringe is far more often placed high in the cheek than in the lips a patient came in asking about.
We build across appointments. A syringe, four weeks to settle, then an honest look at what actually changed. Faces treated this way never cross the line, because there is always a reassessment before more product goes in.
It also means we frequently do less than you expected. If your concern is crepey texture, sun damage or laxity, filler is the wrong instrument and we will route you to laser or skin health instead.
Shape, border and hydration in small increments — never volume for its own sake.
Lateral support placed high. The single most transformative area, and the least obvious.
Definition along the mandible for a cleaner profile in photographs.
Projection and balance — often what a face actually needed rather than lips.
Softened, not filled flat, and usually improved by treating the cheek first.
Support at the corners of the mouth to lift a downturned expression.
Quiet hollowing that reads as tired. A small amount changes the whole upper face.
Assessed individually and treated cautiously — not every under-eye is a filler candidate.
We stock across manufacturers so the gel can be chosen for the tissue it is going into — thin and soft for lips, firm and structural for jawline and chin.
A versatile HA family with formulations soft enough for delicate areas and firm enough for support.
Smooth, cohesive gels with excellent longevity in the midface. A frequent first choice.
Firmer and biostimulatory — it supports structure and encourages your own collagen over time.

We would rather treat you four times over two years than transform you in one appointment. Faces built gradually never announce themselves.
Photographs, proportion assessment and a frank conversation about what will and will not help.
Topical anaesthetic for twenty minutes; most fillers also contain lidocaine.
Thirty to sixty minutes, using cannula or needle depending on the plane being treated.
Filler settles fully by four weeks. We look together before deciding whether anything more is needed.
One of the monthly Society Circle selections is $500 off a syringe of the dermal filler of your choice — which for most members covers the majority of a treatment.
Filler is priced per syringe and quoted at your consultation, since the number of syringes depends entirely on what you need. Society Circle members receive $500 off a syringe each month.
Not with us. We treat lips in small increments across visits and prioritize shape and border definition over volume — most first lip treatments use half to one syringe. If you ask for more than we believe your anatomy supports, we will say so.
Six to eighteen months depending on the product and the area. Lips metabolise fastest because they move constantly; cheeks and jawline hold considerably longer.
Most fillers contain lidocaine and we use topical numbing, so discomfort is mild. Expect some swelling for 24 to 48 hours and occasional bruising for three to seven days — plan around events accordingly.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you are unhappy or if a correction is needed. This is one reason we favour HA products for most first-time patients.
Filler adds volume and structure. It does not treat sun damage, pigment, redness or loose skin, and adding volume to compensate for laxity is exactly how faces begin to look heavy. Those concerns belong to laser and skin health.
